Amy brought to us all the attributes that one would expect from a realtor plus much more: she really made the process enjoyable! She followed-up with lenders, closing attorneys and other realtors. Communication was excellent: whenever we needed to speak to her she was readily available by phone or would meet at our home. She was always willing and available to accommodate schedule changes or other special needs; for example dog sitting during a showing.

She is very aware of the real estate market in general and in detail. She demonstrated to us significant research effort in providing data for establishing appropriate sales and purchase prices.

We had been looking for a vacation home in Charlottesville, VA, which was difficult because we live full time in the Washington DC area. Amy did an incredible job screening properties for me and understanding what my wife and I were really looking for in a property. Once we found the right property Amy was extrememly diligent throughout the process from home inspection to closing. In addition, she went beyond the call of duty in helping me get assimiliated to the area after the transaction closed. I would recommend Amy to any one of my friends.

We were very grateful for the guidance and assistance we received from Amy in finding our perfect home. It's hard to find that dream home (before someone else does!) when house-hunting remotely from another city. Amy made it all possible: when our dream house came onto the market, she jumped in her car with the digital camera and we had detailed pictures by the time we got home from work. She took care of details and helped us find local service providers to make it all work. She was super! We hope not to move again anytime soon, since we already have our dream house. But if we do, Amy will be our first call.

Last year, we were first time homebuyers and didn't know much about buying houses. We found Amy through the net, still living in California. I was very impressed how thorough and prompt she was, replying to my emails, and how she asked detailed questions about our priorities and what we wanted, so that she could be efficient in finding the right house for us. I was sure that this woman would not recommend to us anything that was a bad investment and I felt like she had very thoroughly searched the homes that met our needs. She said what needed to be said, and no fluff about it: I really liked that. Our "adventure" was over pretty fast, since she showed us the perfect house the first ( and only) time we toured houses together. She had done her homework and there it was - exactly what we wanted. Now I have to beg her every once in a while to make time in her schedule for us to get together so we can have a good time!
